Advert Dimensions
Please supply advertisements as print ready pdf’s:
-
ensure all fonts are embedded
-
we recommend resolution be at least 300dpi
-
all colours must be CMYK
-
pdf version key (standard) should be PDF X1 or above
We can also accept advertisements as eps,
tif or jpeg files, in these cases please ensure:
- all text is converted to outlines
- image resolution is at least 300dpi
- all colours are CMYK
Pdf’s created from InDesign are also acceptable.
RIU offers an advertisement design service.
If you would like us to produce your advertisement please
supply the following:

A mock layout of how you would like your advertisement
to look (Word doc or pdf format) (optional)

Your company logo as a high resolution (at least 300dpi) CMYK eps, tiff or jpg file
with all text converted to outlines

Images to be used in the advertisement must be tif or jpeg and high resolution (at least 300dpi)
