Gold & Minerals Gazette provides an up-to-date, interesting and comprehensive news
and information service to Australia’s mining and exploration industry.
The magazine started life as the Gold Gazette in 1985, quickly gaining a reputation
for its high quality coverage of Australia’s gold mining industry.
In February 2004 the magazine was expanded to incorporate two other RIU publications,
the Minerals Gazette and the Australian Mining Times. The Gold & Minerals Gazette
continues to focus on exploration and investment in the mining
industry, mainly through the Australian Stock Exchange, with a strong emphasis on junior
explorers and small producers. The Australian Mining Times section focuses on mining,
major producers, contractors and suppliers.
The combined publication is now distributed to a broad subscriptions base in Australia
and overseas and reaches every mine and mining company in Australia, mining contractors,
all broking and investment houses, all major mining consultancy firms, government
departments and major suppliers, plus many private investors, geologists, prospectors
and mining engineers.
The magazine is used by many investors and analysts as a pivotal research and
reference source. It is edited by highly-experienced resources writer Tania Winter.
