RIU uses the industry accepted Macintosh platform and accepts
artwork in the following formats,
- QuarkXpress
- Acrobat PDF
- Adobe Photoshop 5.5
- Adobe Illustrator 9
- Macromedia Freehand 7
Artwork must be high resolution Quark, TIFF, EPS, JPG or PDF.
When possible, convert fonts into paths (Illustrator and Freehand)
When submitting material on disk, always include -
- Ad file and image files (all high resolution-photos/logos etc to be 300dpi)
- A copy of all fonts used in the advertisement (including those used in
graphics)
- Hard copy proof of the advertisement stating program and version used.
We can accept files via email (up to 4mb) - on CD or 100mb Zip disk. RIU
production department can produce your advertisement for you either using your
own design or we can design it for you, just supply any text and/or graphics
you require within your ad. You will be advised by our sales representative of
additional costs.
